Publicitas is a subsidiary of PubliGroupe and is based in Lausanne. It comprises in Switzerland the companies Publicitas AG, Publimedia AG, Publicitas Publimag AG, Publicitas Mosse AG, Publicitas Cinecom & Media AG and Publicitas Cinecom AG and abroad the companies Adnative and Publicitas.

The companies of Publicitas are united under the 'Media Sales' business segment of the holding company PubliGroupe. Together with the two other segments 'Search & Find' and 'Digital & Marketing Services' they represent the business units of PubliGroupe.
