Toeractief was first published in 1991 and has a faithful readership of over 30,000 subscribers. In 2004 the magazine was completely revamped. And what was changed? To start with, Toeractief was enlarged from A5 format to the more usual magazine format with an insert route booklet in A5 format in every issue. The revised Toeractief is broader in approach and contains more than simply route information. As a fully-fledged public magazine, non-ANWB members can also subscribe and single issues of Toeractief are available. Finally: Toeractief is now published more frequently at 6x a year instead of 5. In short, Toeractief is informative, critical, reliable and professional, interesting and fun.
